Key Responsibilities

  • •Own quarterly revenue reconciliation across Degree partners from data collection through final resolution.
  • •Collect, validate, and reconcile partner-submitted revenue reports against internal data sources.
  • •Investigate and explain variances related to enrollment, refunds, deferrals, timing, and partner-specific requirements, ensuring root-cause resolution.
  • •Proactively manage partner follow-up so reporting is complete and on time, and maintain documentation of revenue definitions, schedules, and exceptions.
  • •Improve reconciliation processes and metrics through standardization, SQL, light automation, and scalable controls, monitoring, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Data Analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • •Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience working with large or complex datasets.
  • •Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including data manipulation, reconciliation, lookups, pivots, and error checking.
  • •Experience investigating data discrepancies and determining root causes, with strong attention to detail.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to work across multiple teams and stakeholders, including independent prioritization and follow-through.
