Director, Ventures Partner Portfolio

Own the strategy and execution of joint business plans across a portfolio of fifteen newly invested partners. Drive partner-led pipeline growth, accelerate product certifications, and ensure partners meet contractual and strategic obligations. Serve as the primary escalation point to unblock field execution by coordinating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing, and use field signals to refresh predictive portfolio scoring while identifying the next generation of partners.
