Key Responsibilities

  • •Run TSFD assessment and approval pipeline end to end, including scoping reviews, assembling artifacts and stakeholders, and driving decisions to signed approval.
  • •Collaborate with TSFD and International Trade Compliance teams as the engineering focal point across military departments and joint agencies.
  • •Lead engineering engagements with business line engineering leads and author technical data packages for LO/CLO Tri-Services Committee processes.
  • •Interface with platform engineering teams to enforce DoDM S-5230.28 requirements, support export roadmaps (FMS LOAs and DCS export licenses), and identify/classify Critical Program Information.
  • •Maintain action-tracking discipline, build repeatable templates/processes/artifact standards to shorten time from assessment request to approval as review volume grows.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years of relevant experience in defense program management, export control, technology transfer, foreign disclosure, or security assistance.
  • •Working knowledge of the U.S. export control regime, including ITAR and EAR, and authorities governing technology release to foreign partners.
  • •Program or project management experience managing many concurrent efforts, external dependencies, and hard deadlines.
  • •Experience coordinating across government stakeholders (e.g., program executive offices, service international affairs, DTSA, or security assistance enterprise).
  • •U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance and eligibility for TS/SCI; bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
