Job Summary

Pricing and Revenue Manager will oversee pricing for a portfolio of markets, aiming to maximize ticket revenue and load factors across routes. You’ll monitor sales trends, analyze market performance, coordinate with Marketing, IT and Sales teams, and drive data-driven decisions to meet budgeted revenue targets near €1B. Based in Budapest, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to automate pricing tools and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Yield Management: Daily monitoring of sales trends, competitor fare and capacity monitoring, explain drivers of performance and propose actions to address revenue shortfalls or opportunities, review pricing for individuals/groups/allotments, promote and manage special events.
•Innovation: Support projects to automate Pricing and Yield Management tools; align digital resources; collaborate with Data Science and IT to improve processes and reporting; drive initiatives to improve revenue generation.
•Others: Build presentations and recommendations for senior management; participate in cross-functional projects; cooperate with sales to manage tour operator/group interests; work with Marketing, Digital Revenue, Network & Scheduling Development on revenue initiatives; combine data-driven decisions with market knowledge.
•Education & Stakeholders: Build cross-functional partnerships; present insights to senior leadership; ensure alignment with Sales, Marketing and IT teams.
•Team & Personal: Strong presentation skills; team player in cross-functional projects; work under pressure in a fast-changing environment; proactive and responsible.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years of working experience with 2+ years in a similar pricing/strategy role and experience interpreting data and analytics.
•Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
•Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, sciences or other analytical field.
•Proficient in MS Excel/PowerPoint; additional skills like PowerBI, SQL are a plus.
•Fluent in English (written and spoken).
