Key Responsibilities

•Build and own the full invoice-to-pay cycle: intake, coding, approvals, and payment.
•Automate AP toward touchless operations using AI-driven ingestion, coding, and duplicate detection.
•Run month-end AP close including accruals, cutoff, subledger-to-GL tie-out, and aging.
•Stand up AP analytics and make improvements that change how the function runs.
•Lead AP setup and migration through an ERP move; manage ramp card program and vendor/tax compliance (W-9/W-8, 1099s) plus AP sales/use tax.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually
