Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and update the aftermarket database (IDD), including customer, NIS, call plans/reports, site visit reports, trial/contract records, and competitor data.
  • •Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates to support business decision-making.
  • •Manage and improve marketing information databases and merchandising programs; analyze NIS performance, CRM/customer trends, and fleet MOL performance.
  • •Maintain sales pipeline and monitor/update fleet MOL data while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align information with business objectives.
  • •Consolidate forecast data from internal/external sources, validate accuracy, and prepare/distribute forecast reports for planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial), or a related field.
  • •Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, or customer support (preferably industrial/aftermarket).
  • •Accurate quotation preparation, order entry, and delivery follow-ups.
  • •Understanding of aftermarket products, including parts, service solutions, and maintenance programs.
  • •Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and basic financial awareness to interpret pricing structures and commercial terms.
