  • •Work independently and with a team to manage execution of multiple security control validations against deadlines.
  • •Manage assigned compliance programs to successful completion each year, including scope, project timelines, and budget support.
  • •Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and assist with vendor evaluations or RFPs as needed.
  • •Document execution of information security controls and findings from the control validation cycle, and consult with control owners to develop repeatable control processes.
  • •Communicate potential control gaps to management with suggested remediation; educate process owners and monitor remediation progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience.
  • •2-3 years practical experience with controls validation and compliance testing for audits such as CMMC, SSAE 16 (SOC 1/SOC 2), PCI, ISO, HIPAA, NACHA, or SOX.
  • •Professional/technical certifications such as CISA, CISSP, GSEC, or CISM, or willingness to pursue.
  • •Strong communication skills to work with internal customers across a wide variety of audiences.
