Server Load Balancer Engineer (L1)

Provide first-line support for a bank’s critical Perimeter and DMZ load balancing infrastructure. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents for GSLB and DMZ SLB platforms, handling alert response, initial diagnosis, and verification of backend and application health checks. Log and manage requests in a ticketing system, perform basic administrative checks and reporting, document resolutions in the knowledge base, and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams while following incident response and SOPs for F5 maintenance and changes.
