  • •Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at assigned site(s) through training sessions and workshops.
  • •Lead global operational excellence initiatives focused on process standardization, performance improvement, and waste reduction.
  • •Design, develop, and deliver solutions that support a high-performance culture and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • •Analyze maintenance and operations data to find performance, reliability, and cost improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements
