Lead Amcor’s manufacturing plant in Rushden, with full operational, financial, safety, quality, and people responsibility for a site of ~127 employees. Drive day-to-day manufacturing performance, P&L ownership, budgeting and capital planning, and customer and quality excellence. Build a high-performance culture, coach and develop leadership and the workforce, and advance Lean/continuous improvement to improve productivity, reduce waste, and support long-term growth.
