Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage office build-outs, relocations, and capital refresh projects from planning through completion.
  • •Create project scopes, RFPs, bid packages, and procurement strategies based on objectives and local market conditions.
  • •Oversee external project managers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • •Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and tracking tools; provide budget forecasting and reporting.
  • •Evaluate and enhance facilities maintenance programs and support compliance with lease obligations; manage $100K+ capital maintenance projects.
