Job Summary

Provides nursing care to a select group of patients and families, following established nursing regimes and plans under guidance, while adhering to QCHP frameworks and regulatory requirements to ensure safe, effective patient care and timely outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Identifies outcomes with regard to patient care delivery and timely care.
•Plans patient care based on assessment, validated by peers; implements reporting, referrals, and care in accordance with standardized procedures.
•Provides care to special patient populations and patients with diverse cultural backgrounds; adapts to cultural, spiritual, age, psychosocial, communication, gender, and other needs.
•Provides and accurately documents in the electronic medical record direct and indirect patient care services, including administration of medications and therapeutic agents.
•Observes signs and symptoms of illness and intervenes as needed; initiates emergency procedures when indicated.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
•Minimum 3 years (required)
•Minimum 1 year in GCC (preferred)
•Knowledge and practice of the clinical/technical skills necessary to the position consistent with the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) Nursing/Midwifery Competency Framework and Scope of Practice
•ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills
