Job Summary

Design, develop, and optimize scalable data infrastructure powering reporting, analytics, and business decision-making. Build ETL/ELT pipelines and data models for operational, financial, clinical, and customer datasets, with strong governance and quality controls. Create enterprise reporting and BI semantic layers, automate recurring KPI reporting, and implement monitoring/alerting for pipeline reliability. Partner with Analytics, Product, Operations, Clinical, Finance, and Commercial teams and support client-facing reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build scalable data pipelines for operational, financial, clinical, and customer datasets.
•Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows to ensure reliable and timely data availability.
•Create and maintain data models, data marts, and reporting layers for analytics consumption.
•Build and maintain enterprise reporting infrastructure and BI semantic layers, including dashboards and executive reporting.
•Automate recurring reports and KPI tracking, and implement monitoring/alerting for data quality and pipeline issues.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience designing and maintaining data pipelines and data warehouses, including data modeling and schema design.
•Advanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions) with query optimization and performance tuning.
•Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) for ETL development and workflow automation.
•Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow (or equivalent) and cloud data platforms/warehouses.
•Ability to build BI layers and enterprise reporting infrastructure (e.g., Power BI/Tableau/Looker) and support executive reporting.
