Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision.
  • •Perform routine documented workstation tasks including hand soldering and standard assembly operations, equipment operation, repairs, and applying coatings/solvents/potting compounds.
  • •Complete routine documented testing/calibration, inspect/verify out-of-box quality, and package finished product.
  • •Maintain productivity for the supporting line, including documented equipment setup and staying current on procedures and required trainings.
  • •Use Statistical Process Control and Lean Principles, identify non-conforming materials, recommend/provide input on manufacturing procedure reviews, and keep the work area organized/clean.
