Job Summary

Lead the AI Detection & Response (AIDR) and Falcon Platform Operational Services teams, building and growing a group that helps customers operationalize and support AIDR and the broader Falcon platform. Provide hands-on implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting across customer SOC environments, while developing scalable services, playbooks, and documentation. Partner with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver successful outcomes and continuously improve offerings.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and grow a team to help customers operationalize and support AIDR and the broader Falcon platform, including investigating AI-driven alerts and detections within customer SOC environments.
•Provide hands-on, tactical support to team members delivering high-quality services to strategic customers across AIDR and Falcon.
•Deliver technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance to customers and partners focused on AIDR and Falcon capabilities.
•Build, operationalize, and curate services offerings, emphasizing AI-driven detection and response use cases; develop customer-facing collateral and AIDR-specific playbooks and documentation.
•Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams; manage and mentor team members and continuously improve services based on feedback.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 140,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and/or equivalent military or work experience.
•7+ years of professional experience in professional services; 4+ years in technology and/or SOC leadership managing direct reports.
•4+ years in security operations, detection engineering, or incident response with exposure to AI/ML-driven detection and response platforms or SIEM/SOAR solutions.
•Experience across SaaS security tooling (e.g., EDR, SIEM, IAM, vulnerability management, SOAR) and applied AI/ML cybersecurity concepts like behavioral analytics and anomaly detection.
•Security clearances (currently have or can obtain per customer requirement).
