Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a key member of the GPI Investigations team, accountable for high-quality, on-time project delivery.
  • •Translate business goals into actionable features for Payments Exceptions & Investigations by partnering with Operations, Product Owners and Engineering.
  • •Elicit, analyze, validate, document and prioritize business and system requirements, owning BA deliverables end-to-end.
  • •Review global and regional Functional Change Requests to confirm validity, feasibility and alignment to user needs.
  • •Create epics and user stories with the Product Owner and maintain robust change control and traceability, supporting triage and root-cause analysis with UAT and delivery/operations teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior Agile Business Analyst with 7–8 years’ experience, ideally in the banking domain and on Payments Exceptions and Investigations.
  • •Strong hands-on knowledge in payments investigations / E&I (Exceptions & Investigations).
  • •Broad payments expertise across High Value, Low Value, ISO standards, RTGS, clearing houses, and related processing flows.
  • •Proven experience working as a BA in Agile (preferably Scrum) environments.
  • •Proficient with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence and Visio, and able to perform root-cause analysis and drive improvements with IT and vendor partners.
