Install, service, and troubleshoot Vivint smart home technology in customer homes, including security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems. Evaluate homes on-site to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements, and educate homeowners on how to use their new systems. Work with ongoing coaching and training while maintaining a strong safety culture during each appointment.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
•Evaluate customer homes on-site and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
•Train homeowners on how to use their new systems to protect their families.
•Deliver on performance through consistent coaching and leadership training.
•Conduct safety analysis of each home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.

Key Requirements

•A valid driver’s license and ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law (New Mexico ES-3J license).

•A sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (major plus).
•A customer-first attitude and technical aptitude; experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful (not required).
