Job Summary

Act as the key client interface delivering cost management services across a large-scale data center program. Lead change management and commercial governance by identifying, evaluating, documenting, and approving project changes. Provide detailed cost analysis, cost planning/estimating, valuations, and monthly cost reports, and support dispute avoidance/resolution. Coordinate inputs across design teams, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive accurate forecasts, variance analysis, and successful closeout.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage change management processes across the program, ensuring changes are identified, evaluated, documented, and approved.
•Review, evaluate, and negotiate change orders to ensure commercial alignment, cost transparency, and accurate contractor data.
•Establish change control procedures and governance across multiple projects; maintain change logs, contingency tracking, and commitment registers.
•Provide cost analysis, cost planning/estimating, valuations, and post-contract variance analysis to support client decision-making.
•Produce monthly cost reports, support dispute avoidance/resolution through documentation, and assist with funding updates, value engineering, and final account closeout.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
•5–7+ years of cost management or project controls experience on medium- to large-scale construction programs.
•Proven experience managing full change-management processes on major construction programs.
•Strong understanding of civil, structural, and MEP construction, plus advanced budgeting, financial reporting, cost-control systems, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
•Expertise in procurement strategy and commercial contract management; RICS accreditation (or progress) is advantageous.
