Job Summary

EMEA-focused Proposal Writer to support Braze’s RFP program by managing regional content, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and leading end-to-end proposal management for strategic EMEA bids. You’ll translate complex product and technical capabilities into clear, client-facing responses, enable regional teams, and drive continuous improvement of the RFP process.

Job Function: Content & Editorial (Writing/Editing)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end proposal management for a select set of strategic EMEA bids, including coordinating timelines, stakeholders, reviews, and final submissions
•Write, edit, and refine proposal content, translating complex product and technical capabilities into clear client-facing responses
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Solutions Consulting, Legal, Security, Marketing) to gather inputs and resolve blockers
•Develop and maintain regional Q&A libraries, templates, and playbooks tailored to the EMEA market; adapt global tools to regional procurement needs
•Lead post-mortems and lessons-learned reviews to continuously improve proposal content and processes

•3–5 years of experience in proposal writing, bid coordination, or a related function, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology environment; familiarity with EMEA procurement processes
•strong writing ability to translate complex product/technical concepts into clear prose under deadline pressure
•excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams
•collaborative mindset with experience coordinating inputs from Sales, Legal, Security, Marketing and other stakeholders
•experience using AI-native RFP platforms or knowledge management tools (e.g., Responsive, Loopio) is a bonus
