Director of Analytics & Data Science

Lead and scale the Analytics & Data Science organization, embedding analytics into core workflows across product, risk, and growth. Set shared standards and analytical strategy, partner with Product, Engineering, and executives to drive high-quality business decisions, and collaborate with Data Engineering on BI and ML platform architecture. Translate ambiguous business needs into reusable, well-governed decisioning systems while raising modeling quality, productionization, and documentation across the team.
