Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure room atmosphere and standards are maintained (lighting, temperature, music volume, cleanliness, and guest relations).
  • •Support and supervise restaurant/Music Hall staff, including daily pre-shift communication and upbeat team leadership.
  • •Assist with service delivery to meet House of Blues standards, including 100% table visits.

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent (state/county licensee or certification requirement).
  • •Ability to work late hours.
  • •3 years supervisory experience in a high volume restaurant/music hall environment.
  • •Working knowledge of restaurant operations.
  • •Entry-level knowledge of state, federal and local liquor laws, retail operations, and computers (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) plus a high school diploma.
