Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement the core architecture template for the capability to deliver excellent stakeholder experience
  • •Manage senior stakeholder relationships with ERP business process leads and regional process experts, emphasizing change management for transformation
  • •Lead regional implementation SMEs and Configurators and external system integrators to deploy the template
  • •Translate broader project plans into actionable steps, driving delivery from program development to hyper care
  • •Champion the core solution design, train and support regional SMEs and configurators, and ensure governance with clear documentation

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • •7+ years of experience leading large-scale integration and transformation programs in OTC and ERP systems
  • •Experience in project scoping, requirements analysis/mapping, solution and process design, and test planning/scenario creation for large-scale programs
  • •Consumer Products industry experience
  • •SAP Certified (S4/Hana required; ECC desired)
