Job Summary

Lead functional design and technical delivery for the Modern ERP programme, supporting Rio Tinto’s global Commercial function. Own platform outcomes across the Realise and Deploy phases, mentor a functional design team, oversee change/release and compliance, and manage vendor relationships. Partner with stakeholders to translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable solutions around SAP S/4HANA, ensuring strong solution assurance, integration, documentation, and risk mitigation.
