Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Project Manager with planning, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety, and coordination of subcontractors and internal technical/support staff.
  • •Develop project cost breakdown structures and baseline budgets; maintain financial reports and monthly client deliverables.
  • •Implement and maintain cost control procedures to track expenses, analyze variances, and assess cost performance using project progress and performance data.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and design teams to evaluate cost-saving options and recommend value-added changes to optimize project costs.
  • •Manage change order processes and contribute to estimates, forecasts, estimates to complete, and cost trend development; support PMIS administration and improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PMI-SP, AACE CCP/CEP) are a plus.
  • •10 years of combined field and office project controls experience on large-scale projects.
  • •Extensive knowledge of cost estimating methodologies, cost control techniques, and schedule management best practices.
  • •Experience working with and/or administering PMIS platforms such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, e-Builder, Procore, or similar.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present clearly to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
