Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and develop tunnel structural drawings from provided basic data, sketches, and working sheets to final outputs.
  • •Ensure drafting accuracy and completeness, including checking drawings before client presentation.
  • •Develop, review, and verify engineering drawings; maintain hard and soft copies of drawing files for records.
  • •Carry out cross-discipline reviews, constructability checks, and clash detection reviews.
  • •Coordinate with Package Leads, Design Engineers, CAD Manager, and others to support delivery of tunnel project drawings.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate of a technical course or at least three (3) years in BS Engineering or BS Architecture.
  • •At least five (5) years of relevant tunnel structural drafting experience.
  • •High level drafting and detailing skills with strong CAD proficiency.
  • •Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and other road and civil design standards, with ability to interpret and apply.
  • •Proficiency with CAD tools including AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, and related software; Civil 3D and Dynamo are an advantage.
