Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and unload grain products and other agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using appropriate equipment.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and tasks required for connections/hatches/hose attachments.
  • •Control and monitor all load-out functions and operate automated scale/dump systems.
  • •Perform and record daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks (e.g., lubrication) and inspect equipment for leaks/seeps.
  • •Maintain safety and cleanliness of work areas, complete housekeeping duties, and report customer complaints, repairs/maintenance needs, and safety concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •Must meet minimum age requirement.
  • •1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
  • •Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile equipment.
  • •Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
  • •High school diploma or GED preferred; CDL license with Hazmat endorsement and forklift certification preferred.
