Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical failure analysis, characterize defects, and deliver reports supporting root-cause identification and yield improvement.
  • •Correlate electrical test data, failure analysis results, and manufacturing information to investigate yield excursions and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Develop and enhance monitoring, screening, automation, and analytics solutions to improve investigation efficiency and defect detection.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with 3 years of semiconductor experience post graduation.
  • •Proven semiconductor knowledge across devices physics, process integration, and electrical failure analysis techniques.
  • •3+ years analyzing electrical test data, failure analysis results, and manufacturing data to identify potential root causes.
  • •Ability to operate laboratory equipment safely, manage multiple investigations, and generate clear technical reports.
