Job Summary

Lead end-to-end solution design for scalable, high-performance capabilities within the client’s On Demand platform. Translate product and backlog requirements into low-level architectures spanning frontend, backend, database, and workflow orchestration. Define and document internal microservices and API Gateway exposure, ensure alignment with architecture standards, and partner with engineering teams to drive secure, maintainable implementation in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate backlog requirements into end-to-end solution designs with Product Owners and Platform Delivery Managers.
•Produce low-level designs for frontend, backend, database, and workflow orchestration components.
•Design and document APIs for internal microservices and external API Gateway exposure.
•Ensure alignment with architecture principles, scalability, and security standards using diagrams and technical documentation.
•Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure correct implementation and guide best practices for microservices, API design, and system integration.

Key Requirements

•BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field.
•10+ years of software engineering experience focused on solution architecture and system design.
•Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices-based architectures.
•Strong understanding of frontend (Angular), backend (Java), and database design (Oracle DB and MongoDB).
•Hands-on experience defining REST APIs and API Gateway patterns, with Agile/Scrum or Kanban experience.
