Job Summary

Build end-to-end AI-powered proactive insights that transform how teams understand metric changes. Work across React frontend experiences, Python backend services, and query orchestration to deliver dashboards, notifications, digests, and interactive analysis flows. Partner with Product and Design and the AI Engine team to integrate agent orchestration, evaluation, and observability, instrument feature adoption, and participate in on-call to keep systems healthy.

•Build AI-powered features end-to-end, from agent logic and query orchestration to frontend visualization and delivery.
•Design and implement user experiences for automated insights, including dashboards, notifications, digests, and interactive analysis flows.
•Collaborate with Product and Design to define proactive analytics and how users interact with AI-generated insights.
•Integrate shared tooling with the AI Engine team for agent orchestration, evaluation, and observability.
•Instrument tracking and dashboards to measure feature adoption and the quality of AI-generated insights.

Key Requirements

•Strong technical communication, ideally working asynchronously in a remote environment.
