Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult on employee relations issues for performance management, employee lifecycle, attendance, and HR policies/process guidelines.
  • •Serve as key HR contact for managers, handling complex and sensitive requests with ownership of cases.
  • •Review, update, and maintain HR Services documentation (SOPs/work instructions) to keep processes accurate.
  • •Perform quality control for HR services, proactively escalate issues, and follow up on incomplete processes and discrepancies.
  • •Prepare reports and analyze HR Services metrics, conduct data quality reviews, and support HR projects and investigations.
