Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day management and renewal of an account portfolio for mid-to-large law firms, accountants, and consultants.
  • •Handle Professional Indemnity, Cyber, and Directors’ and Officers’ insurance (and other lines), while supporting Client Directors.
  • •Support renewals by managing renewals, checking slips, and preparing submissions, reports, and documentation alongside the Client Service Advisor.
  • •Develop an understanding of each client’s business including financial performance, goals, market position, structure, and key people.
  • •Contribute to new business activity, support renewals with Aon’s Global Broking Centre, ensure client payments/credit control, and coach/mentor less experienced team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong commercial understanding of business and the insurance market.
  • •Good knowledge of Professional Indemnity insurance; experience with D&O and Cyber is an advantage.
  • •Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • •High attention to detail with strong written skills.
  • •Confident using Microsoft Office and IT systems, with strong organisation and time-management skills.
