  • •Deliver world-class customer service in an inbound, high-volume travel call servicing environment.
  • •Delight Premium Card Members by creating new bookings and servicing existing travel arrangements.
  • •Consult with customers to understand needs and deliver innovative, extraordinary interactions.
  • •Research, plan, and carry out personalized travel experiences, including flights and car and/or hotel arrangements.
  • •Communicate new and existing product offerings and value propositions relevant to the Card Member.

Key Requirements

  • •High-end customer service or sales experience in tourism, travel, or cruise and tours.
  • •Demonstrated ability to provide premium customer service in a call center or other fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • •Basic geography knowledge and ability to locate continents, countries, and key travel destinations worldwide.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with active listening and the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • •Ability to work nights and weekends; computer literate with easy navigation of PC and basic MS Office.
