Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage regulatory queries and fulfill regulatory information requests from internal and external stakeholders for region raw materials.
  • •Handle specification approvals and ensure raw materials comply with policies including allergen management and cross-contamination risk.
  • •Review raw material specifications for legality and accuracy and ensure changes from suppliers are captured and kept up to date.
  • •Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures, ensuring precision in documentation management for virtual customer relations.
  • •Support site audits to cover traceability of incoming raw materials and help meet department KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related life science discipline.
  • •1-3 years of related experience in food industry in Regulatory, Quality Assurance, or R&D.
  • •Extensive knowledge of quality management and regulation in the food industry.
  • •Experience dealing with customer queries and request management.
  • •Knowledge in chemical safety and the ability to interpret Safety Data Sheets (plus point).
