Key Responsibilities

•Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one through program completion, including the Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
•Deepen consumer and small-business customer relationships and deliver a memorable customer experience.
•Maintain working knowledge of the bank’s products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use a consultative sales process to identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Learn to source, develop, coach, and lead a team and cultivate a One Bank culture in collaboration with business partners.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at time of employment.
