Operations Manager - 2nd Shift

Lead second-shift production operations to drive production excellence, quality, and safety at the plant. Oversee shift production group leaders, manage budgets and costs, track labor/material/indirect expenses, and implement efficiency and automation improvements. Champion workplace safety and ergonomic programs, maintain compliance with HACCP/SSOP standards, and address product or foreign material issues. Step in to ensure procedures and operations continue seamlessly when key personnel are absent.
