Key Responsibilities

  • •Support long-range planning (LRP) activities with internal and external stakeholders to build robust plans aligned to sourcing strategy and key scenarios.
  • •Translate forecasts into capacity, allocation, and material type guidance; validate through GTM milestones and align DC receipts to PO placement schedules.
  • •Create and maintain the seasonal buy plan and optimize global PO placement schedule, including monthly updates and buy strategy/exceptions.
  • •Drive monthly need-to-buy processes, seasonal calendars for buy dates and shipping schedules, and execute capacity risk assessments with resolution actions.
  • •Govern global buy execution governance and roll up capacity/production planning updates to communicate to regions, while challenging the status quo through process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, operations management, engineering, or a related field (MBA or relevant master’s often preferred).
  • •3-5 years of experience in supply chain management with capacity and production planning background.
  • •Proven experience managing global teams across multiple countries.
  • •Proficiency in supply chain planning software/tools such as SAP, Oracle, and JDA.
  • •Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data (Excel, Power BI, Tableau a plus).
