Solutions Engineer (UK / Europe)

Partner with engineering leaders at enterprise accounts to help them implement Codility and improve technical assessment workflows. Support technical sales conversations (discovery, demos, validation, and implementation planning) and then proactively engage post-purchase to drive integration, adoption, and long-term success. Co-design and configure assessments, lead enablement workshops, analyze usage and assessment outcomes, and act as the customer’s technical voice internally.
