Key Responsibilities

  • •Support SAP S/4HANA Procurement across P2P, invoicing, vendor master data, and accounts payable.
  • •Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders across Procurement, Finance and Technology.
  • •Support data migration, integrations, SIT/UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
  • •Track risks, defects and dependencies and drive issue resolution; support process documentation, training, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •A successfully completed university degree.
  • •Fluent English (German is a big advantage).
  • •Good understanding of end-to-end P2P and SAP S/4HANA Procurement/AP.
  • •Experience with data migration, validation and reconciliation.
  • •Knowledge of SAP Ariba and integrations (CIG, APIs, IDocs), plus Agile delivery/testing/deployment experience.
