Key Responsibilities

  • •Process daily teller transactions including deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, savings withdrawals, and recording night/mail deposits.
  • •Answer clients’ questions in person and over the telephone and provide client account services.
  • •Identify basic cross-sell and referral opportunities by determining client needs and directing clients to a banker.
  • •Reconcile and secure cash drawer by counting, packaging cash, submitting excess/mutilated currency, and maintaining cash supplies.
  • •Comply with bank operations and security procedures, maintain client traffic surveys, and document activities, incidents, and referrals in 360View.
