Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the P2P team, including training, coaching, performance feedback, and daily huddles/1:1s.
  • •Oversee transaction processing and ensure compliance with SOX and audit requirements; support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
  • •Resolve P2P discrepancies and errors, act as an escalation point, and implement solutions to prevent future issues.
  • •Review daily metrics and analyze performance data to identify inefficiencies; develop targeted training to address skill gaps.
  • •Partner with business and cross-functional stakeholders to standardize policies, procedures, and controls, and lead automation initiatives and system/SOP upgrades.

Key Requirements

  • •Background in accounting or finance with 5+ years of relevant functional experience.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance.
  • •3+ years of people management experience in a global shared services environment.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Workday experience preferred).
  • •Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, plus experience with ticketing tools such as FreshDesk or Zendesk (plus).
