Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as ES EMEA Project and CI Manager for Project Foresight, ensuring successful Kinaxis implementation for end-to-end planning.
  • •Manage project execution: milestones, timelines, resource coordination, status updates, communications, and issue resolution for Satellite DC and E33 projects.
  • •Ensure ERP master data and planning parameter accuracy (lead times, safety stock, BOMs, routings, source lists) and readiness for go-live and governance.
  • •Drive change management and deployment, coordinating stakeholder engagement and phased adoption across sites; support post go-live monitoring and transition of planning activities to Kinaxis and SAP.
  • •Lead annual continuous-improvement (CI) activities, including maturity assessments, action plans, and milestone delivery to maintain Kinaxis “Run” status; coordinate ES EMEA ticket management and escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in supply chain or a relevant field.
  • •7+ years of experience in supply chain roles.
  • •Experience in Supply Chain/SIOP/IBP is required; experience in ETO/Project Business is preferred.
  • •Experience with SAP is required (Kinaxis is a plus).
  • •Project management and change management experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.
