Get back to building as a former technical founder working directly with Encord’s founding team. You’ll identify and drive high-leverage opportunities across product, engineering, GTM, or operations, take ownership of ambiguous problems from zero to shipped, and create internal tools and systems to help the company scale. Key Responsibilities

•Work closely with cofounders to identify and drive high-leverage opportunities across product, engineering, GTM, or operations.
•Take ownership of ambitious, ambiguous problems and drive them from zero to shipped.
•Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to spotting gaps and moving fast with limited resources.
•Build internal tools, processes, and systems to help Encord scale.
•Act as a force multiplier across teams with founder-level energy and judgment.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually
