Key Responsibilities

•Lead site selection, design, construction, and handover for new warehouse projects, managing budget, schedule, and quality.
•Coordinate with landlords, general contractors, design firms, and inspectors to ensure building code compliance.
•Drive government licensing and permitting (building, occupancy, environmental, etc.) and interface with regulatory agencies before and after construction.
•Develop and enforce OSHA-compliant site-specific safety plans, including training, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.

Key Requirements
