•4 years of sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
•Proven ability to manage objectives and meet sales goals and branch goals in a profit and loss environment.
•Drive exceptional customer experience validated through customer satisfaction surveys; maintain partnerships with community and civic organizations; comply with SAFE Act requirements including background checks and obtaining a unique identifier from NMLS.
