Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least a B.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field. Exceptional candidates from other backgrounds will be considered.
  • •Proven track record of building and deploying advanced AI systems, particularly for applications requiring reasoning and multi-step processes.
  • •Strong knowledge of fine-tuning and optimizing AI models for real-world performance.
  • •Ability to integrate various AI models and tools to solve practical, high-impact problems in logistics.
  • •Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar; Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud-based AI deployments.
