Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-quality account management and administration for FESP Team clients, including proactive client service with minimal oversight.
  • •Coordinate client retention, new client relationship and onboarding, account closing, and lost business reporting; solve client issues and support required reporting.
  • •Ensure AML and CIP requirements are met for new and existing clients, including completing and updating documentation.
  • •Review and resolve Reg 9 flag exceptions through document review, requesting additional information, partnering with Reg 9 Center of Excellence teammates, and timely resolution.
  • •Coordinate account opening requests in the NAO system; manage client expectations during opening, verify fees for cycles, respond to audit requests, and support tax coding and RMD/discretionary actions/grant payments.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of client account management, administration, and compliance/risk management experience with trust and investment advisory and/or related not-for-profit experience.
  • •Proven critical thinking, document analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Positive “can do” attitude and ability to work well within a team to serve FESP clients.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation, and interpersonal skills.
