Key Responsibilities

  • •Support leadership as part of project teams across restructuring advisory, contingency planning, and insolvency engagements for corporates and creditors.
  • •Manage day-to-day work on financial restructuring and insolvency engagements, including managing junior staff.
  • •Produce high-quality deliverables within planned timescales and support client presentations.
  • •Contribute to business development by owning elements of efforts, expanding networks, and assisting in preparing research documents, pitches, and presentations.
  • •Support people and leadership through creating an inclusive environment, providing timely feedback, mentoring/buddying, and identifying development opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong academic background at degree level.
  • •Qualified CA, or committed to completing the CA program.

  • •Knowledge of Restructuring Services/Insolvency or strong transferable skills from a client-facing professional services role (e.g., corporate audit).
