Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategize and lead productivity, yield, quality, and cost improvement engagements through process optimization and new/FOAK chemistry & technology qualification.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce defects and improve particle removal efficiency, and develop roadmaps for process and hardware CIP implementation.
  • •Drive wet process improvement development with emphasis on safety, defect reduction, cost efficiency, scale, quality, and sustainability.
  • •Coordinate equipment start-up acceptance criteria and tool service requirements with suppliers and support global facilities for new tool requirements.
  • •Integrate IoT sensing for excursion prevention, improve process conditions and technology, and enable energy savings, water conservation, and waste reductions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Extensive experience in semiconductor equipment and process management in Wet Process.
  • •Proven track record in maturing tool performance and establishing process parameters for semiconductor equipment.
  • •Experience in abnormal analysis and improvement, with successful project implementation.
  • •Proficiency in developing and implementing hardware CIP roadmaps and start-up acceptance criteria.
