Job Summary

Support the growth of customer relationships in a Financial Center role by using a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessments to identify and meet consumer and small business needs. Build customer profiles, cross-sell retail products, and use approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic reviews. Partner with teams such as Mortgage and Small Business to refer customers for holistic solutions, meet production and experience goals, and process teller transactions while maintaining risk and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the company value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and perform outside sales activities such as onsite presentations, business sales calls, and financial literacy events.
•Support business partners by referring customers (e.g., Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) and processing teller transactions as part of platform staff.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience that provides transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to build new consumer household and small business customer relationships and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Ability to represent the bank professionally and demonstrate working knowledge of retail policies and procedures for sound decision-making.
