Key Responsibilities

•Analyze driver retention, activity, and matching-rate data; compile operational insights and provide concrete optimization recommendations for strategy and decision-making.
•Plan and execute strategies and activity mechanisms to improve driver engagement, track performance, reduce driver churn, and increase platform stickiness and overall operational efficiency.
•Coordinate internal and external resources, manage daily communications with public sector stakeholders, provide required data, and respond to related matters.
•Ensure external communications are consistent and compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and requirements.
•Handle daily driver problems, including clarifying abnormal situations, confirming data, and coordinating follow-ups to keep operations running smoothly.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 40,000 - 45,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Demonstrates data-driven thinking with strong data sensitivity to spot issues from reports and KPIs and propose logical improvement actions.
•Plans and executes driver engagement/retention strategies and activities, continuously tracking results to reduce churn and improve engagement.
•Coordinates internal and external resources, including handling daily communications with public sector stakeholders and responding with consistent information that complies with regulations.
•Can handle daily driver issues, including investigating abnormal situations, confirming information, and coordinating follow-ups to ensure smooth operations.
•Has prior experience planning/executing points/incentive-based retention activities or membership-management related operations.
